How to use
A sitz bath is intended to be used as a very concentrated herbal bath. Just like all of our bath tea, the Reborn Postpartum Sitz Bath Tea is to be used as a single bath. You may opt to fill the tub just enough to cover your hips - or about halfway - to further increase the concentration of the bath tea. Please allow the bath tea to steep in very hot water for approximately 10 minutes, and then cool to a comfortable temperature before entering the bath to avoid irritating your very sensitive postpartum perineal tissue. Note: This sitz bath may be taken once or twice a day after giving birth, as many days as are needed.
